La vicina città di Sulmona è raggiungibile anche in autobus in pochi minuti; usando invece l’auto si arriva in 5’ all’ingresso “Pratola-Sulmona” della A25. Roma è a 90’ (più di 2 ore in treno o autobus).

On the ground floor there are 3 cellars of varying sizes and a garage for a total of 55 s.m. An external staircase leads to a beautiful terrace on the first floor where is the entrance door ; within large areas with 2 kitchens, 2 bedrooms ( one with balcony) , 2 bathrooms and a large living room with fireplace for a total of 70 s.m., a glazed door allows you to exit in a small garden with a small tub . A marble staircase leads to the second floor with 2 more bedrooms , one with large balcony : total about 35 s.m. The nearby town of Sulmona is also reachable by bus in a few minutes, using the car you arrive in 5 ' to the " Pratola -Sulmona " gate of the A25 . Rome is a 90 ' (more than 2 hours by train or bus).
