In vari momenti dell’anno ma soprattutto in estate vengono organizzati nel paese eventi culturali e ricreativi di interessante livello. La vicina città di Sulmona è raggiungibile anche in autobus in pochi minuti; usando invece l’auto si arriva in 5’ all’ingresso “Pratola-Sulmona” della A25. Roma è a 90’ (più di 2 ore in treno o autobus).

Charming restored house with wonderful views
Pretty small house on three levels (57 g.sqm.), renovated , at the top of the village under the ancient castle , with beautiful views of the entire Peligna Valley to the historic town of Sulmona. The ancient precious front door leads into a long room with rustic wooden ceiling which gives access to the bathroom with shower and corner kitchen/dining room fully equipped with new appliances; a wooden staircase leads to a spacious attic room suitable as a bedroom where a skylight with armored glass allows a splendid view of the castle. From the ground floor another characteristic wooden staircase leads to the lower level with a long room with vaulted ceiling and precious stones on the back wall; the room below is divided into a small bedroom and a study / living room. The windows have small balconies, also equipped with mosquito nets , overlooking the green valley below . The floors of the house are of rustic pottery and the fixtures interior/exterior of sturdy wood and double glazed low-emissivity , in accordance with the criteria of energy saving , double wooden roof covered with old tiles .
